His mom says:
“Magnetic, inquisitive, bold and creative, Connor has enchanted our family since the day he was born! At only 9 years old, he often tells stories as if he has lived on this planet for decades. He is a history lover and enjoys watching documentaries about American battles and natural disasters, often sharing facts and anecdotes with anyone he encounters. He was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD when he was 4.5 years old and has been in multiple therapies ever since. As a family, the roller coaster ride has been thrilling and uncertain, but always more fun than we ever expected. Connor has given us the opportunity to become better humans and to help others understand the gift of neurodiversity.
I was so happy to find C.I.T.Y of Support and join a parenting group where I forged new friendships and learned more about resources for Connor. It’s so important to be connected, both for our children, but also those of us caring for them.”
