Sue Kowols is a licensed Realtor with Baird & Warner Real Estate and a dedicated mother to three teenage daughters. She has been actively involved with C.I.T.Y. of Support for several years, assisting with special events and recently stepping into the role of Volunteer Coordinator.

 

C.I.T.Y. of Support holds a special place in Sue’s heart, as all three of her children went through early intervention services and therapy. With firsthand experience navigating IEPs and 504 plans, she brings empathy and insight to families just beginning their journeys, while continuing to advocate for her own daughters through middle and high school.

 

Sue is passionate about building inclusive and supportive communities. She has organized large-scale events through the PTA at her children’s elementary school—initiatives that continue today—and has coordinated community events through Baird & Warner. Detail-oriented and deeply compassionate, she loves networking with local families and professionals to foster meaningful connections. She is excited to be on the Board to help connect our families to much needed respite and the bigger vision of a Welcome Center.
