Cailyn Mittur is a management consultant and a mom to three young children. As a Managing Director at FTI Consulting, Cailyn helps companies identify, define, and drive strategy forward. She works with consumer product and retail leaders to shape their strategy to drive impactful growth. With an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, she remains actively engaged with the Booth Community, where she mentors students and alumni navigating both professional and personal journeys.  

As a working mother, Cailyn deeply understands the positive influence that supportive communities and networks can have on families. She is passionate about creating ecosystems that uplift families, especially those facing challenges related to therapy and specialized care for their children. Cailyn believes in the power of mentorship, advocacy, and community-driven support to empower parents and children alike. Her approach centers on the philosophy of “learning with impact” – balancing strategic insight with genuine care to foster long-lasting change.
