Beth Deiter is an experienced pediatric speech-language pathologist who has worked in schools, hospitals, clinics, and home-based settings for over 20 years. She has always tried to see the big picture, acknowledging the needs, not only of the child, but also of the parents/family. She founded C.I.T.Y. of Support to establish an inclusive community of compassionate caregivers, both online and in-person, that support each other, regardless of their child’s diagnoses. Now, with the ability to create programming that fosters inclusivity and accessibility at a physical location in the community, Beth looks forward to creating unique social, educational, therapeutic-enrichment, and volunteer opportunities that provide resources to children and families while normalizing and de-stigmatizing the disability experience.
