City Kids Inc is a private practice in Northwest Chicago. We offer physical, occupational and speech therapy, along with playgroups (preschool style) for 2-4 year olds and social groups for all ages. We also have an SOS based feeding group. We are multidisciplinary and work together to offer comprehensive services for children of all ages and diagnoses. We are in network with BCBS and are EI credentialed. Please contact us for an intake or any questions.
