This year, we are focusing on the overall theme of communication and "Navigating Tough Conversations." Our line-up of speakers includes adults with disabilities, parents of children with disabilities, and professionals who work with families on this journey. We will explore strategies, resources, and advice that will make communication more effective among friends/family, our children's treatment team, the general community, and each other.
