Live Discussion: "What it Means to Be Neurodiversity Affirming"

"To be neurodiversity affirming, we can try adjusting our lens. Consider how our own actions or words can have an impact on individuals with disabilities. These actions could, in turn, continue to affect those individuals who are considered neurodiverse in how they interact with and perceive others." Join Erin Vollmer, MS CCC-SLP, Speech-Language Pathologist and Co-Founder of TherapyWorks, as she discusses the importance of providing and receiving neurodiversity-affirming care.

This FREE, live discussion will be offered on Monday, April 29th from 7:00-8:00pm via zoom and is a compliment to her recent blog post: "What it Means to Be Neurodiversity Affirming."

Registration is required.

Professionals: This course has been approved for 1 hour of Early Intervention continuing education credit.  Although there is a nominal fee for watching recorded webinars in our on-demand library, the live discussion is available at NO COST.
